We've enjoyed the output of smallbatch artisanal cideries since opening Beer Shop.
Minimal intervention now seems to have reached a critical mass that has allowed for further growth and new space for innovative and explorative producers to find a market. If you're already into wild barrel aged beer or natural wines, this is already your territory. Sparkling, blended, charcterised by terroir and experimental varietals. These bottles are the real deal.
That said, the producers we have accrued in this latest bottle haul are reasonably seasoned by craft standards. Gregg's Pit have been honing their vocation since '94 and our other debuts have spent at least five commercial years on their orchards! These bottles are the real deal.
