Cheltenham's DEYA Brewing Co are currently impressing as much with their mixed ferms & barrel program as they are with their delicately balanced juicy NEPAs.
Birdlip & Cooper's Hill have both been refermented with quality cherries and rhubarb grown in the UK after ageing in oak.

The most recent output of the Jester King SPON project has travelled the Atlantic to dwell in our cellars.
