This week we're taking a look at Garage Beer Co from Barcelona, a soon to be neighbour in our new 'hood' The Belgian Brewer, & our rather impressive (if we do say so ourselves) range of lambics we're boxing up and sending to Bishop's Stortford in readiness for its opening...
Speaking of, here's some before and after pics of the biggest hurdle to-date: getting the enormous fridges in!
