Augustiner
Augustiner-Bräu is a brewery in Munich, Germany. Established in 1328, it is Munich's oldest independent brewery. They produce their own maltat the brewery using a processhanded down for generations. In large rooms with a limestone floor, they lay the malt in a thin layer of barley then let it germinate, turning it every eight hours. Although it needs a lot of room and time, it gives the malt the right space to "breathe". At the core of their beers is excellent brewing water from their own well 230 meters deep.
