Donzoko Brewing Company
Donzoko Brewing Company are one of several young breweries having set up in the last few years with an aim to fulfill a niche sorely lacking in the UK craft scene - in this case mostly German inspired lager. Hartlepool's Donzoko practically generated the 'crispy boi' hype in the UK with their bottom fermenting focus back in 2017/2018, and we're very happy they did! They're in the process of scaling up and are currently moving their production to Newbarns Brewery in Leith (a perfect fit).
